About Nancy

I hail from the Northeast – New York then New Jersey. My family has lived on Lake Norman for over three decades and have been visiting the Grand Strand for almost 50 years. I, like so many others have watched the growth in amazement. I recognized the Real Estate potential in the area quickly and began investing in foreclosures, flips and rentals.
My very first job was in a Real Estate office when I was just 14 years old and I’ve been hooked ever since.
There is nothing I love more than helping fellow Northerners escape the Snow! We’re used to a fast paced environment and expect answers yesterday. That’s the kind of customer service I deliver.
My family enjoys boating and beaching and we are always renovating – my husbands favorite thing to do. Buying a first, second or third house shouldn’t be a stressful experience – it should be a great adventure with someone on your side who is honest and on top of the transaction.
